Fantastic stay!
proactive staff clean premise good location
The staff was very proactive. I found the proactive change to a room with a desk very considerate because I worked during the day. The hotel staff always asked if I wanted a reservation for the hot tub because they knew I liked to use it. I received sweets and cards. The hotel offers a newly renovated and clean premise. High ceilings and well-lit conditions exist in each room. The location is good and the hot tub is super nice. I liked the bar staff.
My room lacked natural light because the windows were blocked completely. The hotel website showed a picture of a room with windows and natural light, but my windows were screwed shut. It felt a little prison like and I had to leave.

The front desk staff answered all questions with patience. The team are very friendly, always asking if assistance was needed with bags or directions. I felt very welcomed because of the attentiveness of the staff.

A Solid Hotel Stay
comfortable bed convenient location malfunctioning tv initial room
The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed two restful nights (after long days). The hotel's location is convenient. Everything I needed was a short walk away. The staff was helpful. They replied quickly to my email when I left something behind.
The first room had no opening window, and the TV did not work. I eventually got a room on the sixth floor.

a wonderful stay!
central location comfortable furniture friendly staff
the location was fantastic, placing me within easy reach of the wharf and many restaurants. my room, the superior king room city view, featured comfortable furniture and nice decor. i also appreciated the friendly and cute staff i encountered throughout my stay.
i noticed what looked like food stuck on my bed throw cover. i think that maintenance could check things like that.

The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and responded quickly to requests. They upgraded my room as a surprise. luggage storage was efficient and secure. overall, service was smooth and professional.

the breakfast selection was really good with lovely china tea pots, glasses and choice of real tea. i found the eos coffee shop in queens arcade easy to access. the cooked eye fillet at the restaurant was well cooked but not the best cut of meat.
